I’ve made a lot of parts on a Hardinge lathe like that, we had one for a long time at the shop.

Good morning friends! If you're having a down and out day remember it's all in our perspective and how we look at things. I have a friend who has sex 2-3 times a day, reads 2 books a week, doesn't cook or clean but all he does every time I talk to him is complain about being in prison. Be thankful you are able to do what you do :D

Some good news yesterday. Mass in my lung has decreased from 3"x 4" to 0.9cm x 1.5cm .
See the oncologist today to see what they want to do. Thanks for the positive vibes guys.

Temperature right now is 8, feel like -11. Thanks a lot, wind.

Schools around Fargo are all running 2 hours late but Fargo is right on schedule. So much for a snow day!

It's not that bad. Besides, it'll make Florida feel that much better!

Not that bad……sure, whatever you say. Lol

I’ll leave you with this. PSA, the red flags at the beach mean hazardous rip currents, stay out of the water.

    New poll!

I've been involved in a couple minor vehicle accidents, nothing major. My grandparents were killed in a head on collision when my dad was 12.

Me, motorcycles, four wheelers and trees, that's a different outcome :bikewheelie:

I did almost hit a cow one night, had been racing go carts and my uncle had been drinking, thank goodness I was driving cause it was black and all I could see were it's eyes.

    Re: poll

I wasn't in the vehicle but my '82 Oldsmobile Omega was hit in the high school parking lot and dented the back door. It was never fixed. Sold it and the new owner never fixed it, either.

I wasn't in the vehicle but my '92 S10 Blazer was hit by a 26' cube van I was in the back of helping someone move. They were backing into their new driveway, stopped, opened up the back door and had a look on their face. I didn't even want to look. Rear quarter panel and bumper needed to be replaced.

I wasn't in the vehicle but my '92 S10 Blazer had a pile of snow and ice slide off of the roof at work one spring and dented the hood. Boss wasn't happy but paid for the repair. Shortly thereafter there was a "don't park by the building when there's snow" rule put into place.
