    Good morning all...Christmas parties with the kids today at school...so nice easy day

    same here in Central Ohio. It is spring right now - looks like we gave winter a miss. Sooooo depressing cause I like the snow and cold.

    ugh...why do we even bother trying to rehab sex crime types? Or most criminal types for that matter. I can't really post how I thhink b/c I will get the thread shut down or get banned, but there is a lot of wasted money/space and time in that system...

    that french onion soup earlier on in the thead has me already making plans for lunch!!

    Too late!
    Ive taken to cooking my chicken parm pan fried in butter on the stove and not baked. Takes about half the time and turns out way better. Started doing it that way in the camper to cut down on cooking time

    resturant trick from exectutive chef i cooked with-fry just enough to brown it. top it with sauce n cheese and throw in 350* oven for 15 minutes while you cook other stuff. it will be crispy and as juicy as it can be with cheese melted nice

    Good morning peeps! Weather report for Northern Carroll County, MD is low 40's last night, aiming for 63° and partly cloudy today and a low of 49°. I might be able to skip the woodstove fire tonight and get a solid night of sleep. I have an in-person interview on Monday at a place that does wheel chair access conversions in vans, hopefully it will be a positive experience.

    Just got home that house were we did the kitchen cabinets. Hung some upper cabinets today. Now just waiting on the countertop people.
    Got a call from the furnace folks. My part came in and the guy is on his way over now to install it.

    i dont have a pan in the camper that can do both stove top and oven so i gotta stick with the stovetop but i do throw a lid on it to get the cheese extra melty.
