I replaced the stock bulbs with LED's for the turn signals, brake lights and the interior bulbs on my 06.I also replaced the flasher with a LED flasher all from Superbrightleds. Everything worked as it supposed to until I locked the truck with the remote. I noticed my lock/unlock chirp modification did not work. Then I realized my lights do not flash when using the remote. Everthing else works great with no problems. Anyone else run across this after installing LED's or have any ideas. Its not a huge deal but I really like the audible confirmation that my doors have been locked.

I have figured out that the flasher sent with my LED bulbs is what is keeping the lights from flashing when doors are locked/unlocked. Of course, with the OEM flasher the bulbs flash very fast since the electrical system thinks there is a burnt bulb because of the low current draw with the LED's. If anyone has found a flasher that works with the LED's and also works with the remote please let me know where you got it. Thanks

can you by chance take some pictures from a few different angles of the turnsignal lights, if you can catch them in the on state in the pics that would be great.
also how many LEDS per bulb did you get. i have been thinking of getting the ones from the same place.
if possible could we see day and dark pics? thanks

I just ordered led bulbs and a new flasher relay, I now hope I do not run into the same problems you have. My question is where is the flasher relay located? Pics would help

cant' really get a camera back where it is...
its down by your left foot. you have to reach your had up behind the fuse box there...

    its a bit tough.

when you get it in, let me know if you have problems blowing fuses.

its almost like my LEDs were in backwards, causing a short, but I don't think LEDs are like that... not sure though...

I switched all my bulbs and flasher. Ordered everything on E-Bay. I all works great, signals flash at the right speed and flash when I lock and unlock, the flasher clicks when I use the signals. I did have to plug all the bulbs in with the lights on to make sure the bulbs were not in backwards and I did blow a couple of fuses when putting in the pasanger front signal. But now it is all working great.

Not sure if this will help anyone, but i had the same problem when i put leds on my motorcycle for the turn signals. All i had to do was go to radioshack and buy a couple of resistors and wired them in and now they work fine.

What kind of LEDs did you get?

So if I put the LED bulbs in backwards, it will blow a fuse? Could that be what I was doing? So just do one at a time, and buy a hand full of fuses in case I blow each one?

I bought the bulbs from a seller called eleseed and the flasher from peraccurate, again all on E-Bay and one of the cheeper sellers even. Yes I did one at a time and went through a couple of fuses, only the front ones seem to blow the fuse though.
When I put a brake light in backwards with the running lights on it makes the other two bulbs light like the brakes are on. Did my wifes CRV and now if you step on the brake when the car is off the lights flash, LED are great but very strange.

If you are talking about outside lamps and not dash lights, you need resistors on the positive side of the led's to slow down the flashing. That's what is keeping your remote from working right.
You probably have faster blinkers too. Resistors on the exterior lights will cure that. When I did my dash I went indigo with the dash blinkers too. Love the look! BTW nice rig! Good luck!

I thought by getting the LED relay, that slows down the flashing, and fixing that problem. I still have to get 4 resistors, 1 for each positive terminal of LEDs?

With the relay for LEDs you do not need resistors, resistors are an alternate method. Just seemed a little to permanent for me.
