    yeah same. I follow about 6 threads and a couple different group PMs. I do not venture to the tech forums. Too many people with IQs two standard deviations below the mean.

    Yea, I just catch the 3rd gen stuff on the home page here. Some of the thread titles just peak my interest enough to see wtf they’re talking about.

    I stay here for the 2nd gen & Gx threads lol

    @SearArtist

    Have you looked into exhaust solutions with headers? I've brought the GX to 3 different shops and none of them would install without cats. I don't even live in an emissions state. I offered to sign a waiver stating that it would be "offroad only", but no dice. I was hoping to use a reputable shop, but looking like I will either need install myself or find a shade tree style shop.

    On another note, I also confirmed with OVT that they can tune O2 sensors etc to avoid CEL's.

    yes. I plan to do them whenever I eventually pull the engine out.

    I already have the magnaflow overland exhaust. I’ll probably do the ORD y-pipe.

    I already knew that the rear O2 could be turned off. Now I’m just waiting on Mat to get me a bin file so I can start flashing mine.

    Also long tubes are a total bitch to install. Most shops who will do it, will charge you more in labor than what the headers cost.

    That's the funny part. They'll all do the headers (got one quote for just header install with new studs/hardware for $400). It's the cat delete that they have a problem with.

    I haven't looked into the overland system. Is it supposed to be fully bolt on with URD Y?

    the cat back bolts up like stock. ORD and DT both makes y-pipe specifically for the long tubes as well. I’ve heard the ORD fits better though.

    See if you can find a shop who specializes in yotas to install them.

    Sorry to pester you @SearArtist, but do you know what the add on "RB-U" option is from URD for the DT LT's? I emailed them and got a vague answer that doesn't tell me shit...

    No clue what that is...probably something so that it doesn't throw a CEL due to the rear o2's.

    That's what I figured too, but the "disabling of vehicle safety systems" is what got me. Are CEL's considered "safety"?

    When you do yours are you going to disregard the RB-U in favor of OVT?
