Wow l am surprised they would not give a Mortgage over an appliance, not like it was a Furnace or Hot Water Supply.

 

CO requirements go by township. Generally a working stove is required for most I’ve seen.

 

That is really interesting, l had no idea anything like that goes on. When l applied for a mortgage they came thru and inspected my house but never brought it up.

 

My aunt bought a new townhouse in 2009 after her divorce from my uncle; She really wanted one of these double oven ranges, but the builder did not offer it. The builder installed a bottom-of-barrel gas stove with no self-cleaning oven, just to get the house through inspection, which my aunt promptly donated to charity (it was no-frills, but brand new) and replaced with something like this; She still lives there, and the range still works great over 12 years later!

 

Looks like a nice unit.

 

Two things I'm glad I learned how to do in the last few years; Drive a stick shift and use a handgun!

 

If your stove shits the bed, you should buy one!

These car parts have been sitting in the woods behind my house for years; My guess would be that when the previous owner sold the land to be developed, they either forgot about the parts or didn't feel like moving them; The fender and the trunk lid (both white) are obviously from a 1967 or 1968 Chevy Camaro...

 

This is a headlight assembly...

 

I am not entirely sure what the hood is from, but I'd like to say either a Camaro or a Firebird. I am scrapping the fender, the trunk, and the bumper for cash, but the blue hood and thoroughly rusted out door proved too heavy to move on my own...

 

The door is definitely from a a 1970s GM product of some sort, but I'm unsure what vehicle specifically...

 

This microwave came out of my friend's rental condo that he's selling; It does not work anymore, and he was just going to throw it in the dumpster, so I took it to scrap...

I can get more for the microwave if I dismantle it!

What kind of car is this from?

 

I think the door is from an Oldsmobile or Pontiac full-size of some sort; You can tell by the size of the door that the vehicle it came from was a 2-door...

 

The trunk is definitely from a Camaro...

 

Those twin scoops makes me think Firebird

 

Old GM Doors were heavy af!

 

No shit; I could barely lift the damn thing!

 

Whatever it was had power windows!
