Hey all. Long time lurker, first time poster. After yearning and waiting I’m finally going to pick up my truck on Saturday and couldn’t be more excited to join team green. I was wondering if anyone could enlighten me on my truck. The dealer sent me pictures of my 22 TRD OR and sent the spec sheet. On the spec sheet it says it’s just the LED DRL without the black bezel and full LEDs. But looking at the pictures it seems it is the oem led headlights. Can anyone confirm this? If it’s true then I’m not getting charged for the oem headlights (which is pretty sick). Also on the quote sheet it seems like there’s a $5k markup? They laid it out in a confusing way (which I’m sure is intentional) but I’m thinking that it would be best to negotiate other goodies cause I don’t want to pay extra money for nothing. Would the TRD lift kit be worth it in that regard? Not super crazy about the spacers in the rear and i know its overpriced as hell but if they’re not budging on the mark up it maybe one of the better things to include. Thanks for the help!1A5EE7E2-2CC7-4E81-8F23-F7B63306187D.jpg4151E6D2-2D2D-4613-B628-6035B8639B3A.jpg

Those tires aren’t the newer sidewall design of a 2022, maybe they sent you a picture of the wrong truck?

You know I was thinking about it and I also looked closely and you may be right… It does have the certified used sign in the license plate frame.

    Running boards
You could always push for running boards? I ended up paying $700 for mine the day of the sale. At the time they had actually come off the price 2k so I didn’t push free running boards. Damn what a difference a year makes. Sucks they’re marking them up like that!
As far as I know- all LED headlights come with black bezels.
Welcome to the team- enjoy your 22 AG!

Those are the correct LEDs for that model- TRD PRO does not have that chrome strip but it does have the garish TRD PRO lettering on the lights. Hopefully you don’t have to pay that mark up.

I just walked out in my garage and looked at my '22 TRD OR... the headlights in that photo are the same full LED headlights I have.

That truck does look like a '21... the tires look different than mine, but the real easy way to tell which year it is when you see it in person will be the "TRD Off Road" stickers on the side of the bed. Green paint has only been available on the 3rd gen for 3 model years: it was only available on the Pro in '20, the green OR came with gray/white bedside stickers in '21, and the green OR has black/red bedside stickers for '22. I think I see the edge of a gray/white sticker in your second photo. So I agree that they probably accidentally sent you photos of the wrong truck.

For price and accessories... negotiate hard on the price. Other people are buying trucks from honest dealerships with zero markup over MSRP. I paid a few hundred bucks over MSRP, but was ready to walk when the dealership originally insisted on a $2400 "care package" of BS services that amounted to "charging more money because they can." If there are any accessories you actually wanted before you saw the markup, great, but don't go shopping for BS add-ons just because they're asking for extra money and you're hoping to get something back for it.

Ouch! These mark-ups are bad. I walked from my dealership when they wanted to tag a $5k mark-up on my 2020 AG Pro - went to another about 70 miles from here that charged me MSRP but the gave me about $1700 in extras for free.

that is 100% a 2021. its in a used lot, with used plates, gray and white stickers and the wrong tire sidewalls. make sure your truck is there before you drive to the dealer, they may try to get you into that one instead
