This was the second total hip arthroplasty. First was on my left hip, this was my right hip.

    All packed, ready to rock.
To avoid complication of meeting at different places, Let's all just meet in the parking lot between 10:30-11:00am.

Winch is still not installed here. I moved the lights off the bumper last night, so I should be able to just pull the bumper off tonight. I hope I have enough time.

I got mine mounted and everything hooked up last night. Went to test, remote powered on, but could not get it to spool. There is one small little ground wire that I hadn't connected because it didn't reach the ground on the winch. I tried grounding somewhere else, but that didn't work. So I've got to figure that out.

Also, I sent you a text yesterday about this run. Do I still have the right number?

See above post about current winch situation. Truck is currently in the garage with a half spooled rope. I was able to get it in the bumper without removal, but released a couple rows worth of rope so that it would fit through the opening. I also have to drill a new hole in the control box relocation bracket.

I've got about an hour to get that done and figure out why it isn't working (hoping it's just that ground). So I'm about 50/50 right now.

Well. Got the mounting bracket modified and the ground fixed. Kind of a ghetto fix, but it works.

Unfortunately, with the distance, I won't make it in time. Sucks because I was really looking forward to this.
