    Depeuon where the delays are coming from. Sometimes delays by one crew can eat into time reserved for another crew. Pressure gets applied but the problem boat has already sailed or just keeps slipping and getting others in hot water. It’s on management to identify which is which and deal with it properly but it doesn’t always work that way.

    My initial impression was "surely not!" Then it was "maybe it's a representation of a NRO bird" but immediately thought "no way they'd even allow a vague representation". Lastly, "surely they'd not parade a cake with the appearance of a Soyuz even if they just told the baker 'have a satellite on it' "
