FWIW plywood is much better material than MDF in every single way.

Where are you at in central PA?

I built this awhile ago. Nothing fancy by any means. Went to homedepot picked up a 4x4 sheet of plywood. Cut it in half threw some latches on it and called it a day. Works just fine.
You can always have the measurements before hand and have someone at hd cut the plywood down for you.

You could not be more correct! MDF and OSB should be outlawed.

It is more of a misapplication problem when people select material solely based on cost rather than use.

High quality speaker cabinets are made of MDF rather than solid wood as it produces a far superior sounding cabinet.

But yes, MDF furniture is junk.

OSB is actually stronger than plywood. Can’t get moisture on otherwise it separates. Each type has a function and benefit along with proper application.

Morning pa peeps. Was up at 3am. I have a bladder of a 90 yr old. Decided to just stay awake I have work at 6am. Then after work have another 2 windshields to do. For a account that we have had for many years. Lol we actually stole this account from safelite back in 2006 when me and my buddy worked for them. We always were able to do better job and have better prices then safelite.

Have a guy at the new job wants to learn how to install windows gonna ask him today if he wants to come out and give us a hand. Teach him something new

Good Sunday morning. We haven't seen any snow yet here and I don't think any is predicted through the week. In fact, rain is predicted for Christmas.
