tuff country AAL vs Toytec AAL

    Has anyone used the TUFF COUNTRY ADD A LEAF???? What's the difference between that and the Toytec ADD A LEAF???? Is there a difference in the add a leaf for 4x4 then that for a 4x2?? Here are the two products I'm talking about:

    TRD intake, Borla exhaust
    The difference is that the Toytec has anti-friction pads, to prevent squeaks. 4x4 and the Prerunner 4x2 AAL is the same. Basically the AAL shown, 4x2 5-lug won't fit on that truck.

    Damn... Now I'm torn on whether to do the Tuff Country AAL or the Toytec... Not only because the price difference, but this girl that I'm into is the daughter of the owner (I think) of Tuff Country :eek::goingcrazy::frusty:

    I don't know about the TC one's but my AAL's didn't have an anti-friction pad so I added some teflon tape to both ends. That was last year and not a squeak from them ever, so the anti-friction pads aren't a needed bonus.

    I have tuff country spacer lift and it came with the AAL with pads on each end for the squeaking. I have zero squeak

    I didn't buy the leafs by themselves so I don't know how this one is

    how do these compare to 3 leaf AAL's like Icon? I plan on gettin Icon AAL, but the toytecs are so much cheaper.
