All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I am interested in these ATs. My buddy @backcountryj is rocking these as well. I have had ever tire that has been mentioned and more in this thread.
Looking forward to hearing how these do.

Yup, I really like my KM3s. Thinking about getting those Maxxis I quoted above next go around.

Currently I am running the following on my trucks:

Toyo RT 35” on my FJC
    KM3 33” Taco
    KO2 34” 4runner
    General x3 Tundra
    KM2 FJ40
    Wildpeak AT3 2500hd flatbed

I'm probably over 10k miles on mine. No hyperbole, these are my favorite AT tire of all time. They really are a goldilocks tire for the majority of Tacoma owners. I'm speaking specifically to the SL rated, I'll never run an LT rated tire on a Tacoma ever again....

Solid enough for any off road ill do. Been all over Moab with mine. Light, so the truck still rides and accelerates and handles like it did when new. Quiet. Good in the rain, and holy-shit-fantastic in the snow.

I just went into some more detail about how impressed I am with their snow performance over on the Maxxis thread.

Les Schwalb or Simpletire.com - I went with Simpletire and it was a good experience.

I'd replace that half ass lift before I got bigger tires.

At least you got UCA's... that's a start.

I have these on my 2nd gen and they are unbelievably loud. My first truck, and my first AT tire, but dang. I have them in 245/75/16 E rated. They look amazing, though.

Looking forward to swapping to some wildpeaks. but i am worried about losing some of my ride height when I get the SL rated tire. I hear its like 13/32nds, aka less tread than the LT rated wildpeaks which have 18/32. They are going to be lighter and more comfortable, but look worse.

I am constantly indecisive about tires, because I want an AT tire that looks badass, is quiet on the road, isnt super heavy, and handles well in the snow. The SL rated wildpeaks are everything but badass looking, because they are short.

Cooper discoverer at3 4s is an awesome AT. It lacks the aggressive sidewall but otherwise it meets your criteria.

Yep, those look really great. So my shortlist is P rated Falken Wildpeaks, Cooper Discoverer AT3 4S, and the new direct challenger to the Cooper, the BFG Trail Terrain T/A. BFG's marketing says they are "13% better" than the cooper AT3 in the snow, but I take that with a grain of salt. All 3 sets are between 39-45lbs.

Mounting them on a set of bronze 4runner 17" TRD pros on a stock ride height '22 TRD Sport. I think stock TRD sport max tire height is 32", so id prefer to be at or just below 32".

I'm going from a 285/70/17 to a 255/80/17 soon and currently on the cooper at3 4s, they are a good tire. I was working on a construction project that was 80 plus miles doing 70+ mph round trip, so I opted for a less aggressive tire for the highway.. Soon I will be working up at Lake Tahoe for potentially 3 projects in a row 3-4 years. I wanted to go with the Rugged Trek, but not available in the "skinny" size. I've heard nothing but great things about the Falken AT3w so this will be my next choice. I will say when I go shooting up in the mountains the coopers do pretty good, they have been in terrain where a 4 ply doesn't belong and performed good. I just need something more aggressive.
