    I'm hoping to have time soon . I haven't been able to do any side work since the baby plus she works nights so I watch him on the weekends while she sleeps lol

    In lieu of a Christmas party, my work handed out gift cards instead. Decided to spend it all at Ol Timey meat market. Picked up this bad boy. Letting it come to room temp then doing a reverse sear on my charcoal grill. Cooking at 250° till it hits about 120° internal, then cranking up the grill to 500° to sear both sides. Hopefully I don't screw it up. Lol

    Dang. My buddy in the army just bought a house on that same road. He had the same problems. His house and the house plans didn’t match… trim, bricks, windows etc missing. He got it all worked out now and is moving in.
