    I always have a similar feeling when I would kayak around the marinas in Annapolis- those large sail boats and yachts cost more then I could ever afford on a house, and those water craft are someones toy... it's a scary perspective.

    but thats the new thing here. folks that do have jobs but can't afford the outrageous housing market here have taken to living in old campers parked in the streets. they move around every few weeks. usually to an area thats just starting to be developed and has paved roads but nothing else.

    Good morning all. I recently a gentleman that I knew died of Covid. I asked him about a month prior if he has been vaccinated. His reply to me was "I'll take my chances". Get the shots and the booster and protect yourself. A father and son that I know are having a very difficult time of it in the hospital, again not vaccinated.
