    Afternoon folks!

    Busy morning today! Went over the mountain to drop off something to get shipped off. While in the parking lot realtor texted me and they were doing the appraisal already. Swung by on the way home and looked at a couple things. The shower/tub valve is definitely pooched, it's usable, but the anti-scald thing is banging and clanging (like some serious water hammer noise). Easy fix, I have all the plumbing tools I need. For a well it had pretty damn good pressure, so that's good. Needs a filter for the well too. It has 1/2" copper coming off the tank tee, but I'm gonna take that out and go 3/4" PEX to my filter. Gonna be an expensive couple months o_O
