Import Canadian 3rd Gen to USA - FMVSS 101

EDIT: It seems that the only noncompliance is that the odometer reads in kilometres (not miles).

I am sure this has come up before but my search failed to provide anything useful:

I want to import my Canadian truck into the USA from Canada.

I have a letter from Toyota Canada saying my 3rd gen is not in compliance with "Certain minor labelling requirements contained in FMVSS101 (Controls and Displays) pertaining to the instrument panel."

Does anyone know what specific requirements, and how I can bring the truck into compliance so that I will not have any issues at the American border?

 

^ Sorry if it wasn't clear. With which specific requirements of the "Controls and Displays" section of FMVSS 101 is the pictured cluster not in compliance?

Updated the first post because I found out the only blocking issue I have is that the odometer is in the wrong units.
