That's a horrible idea. What time?

I'm sure this has been debated before, so forgive me for bringing it up again. Do I wait for the 22 TRD Pro, or modify a 22 TRD OR to get it close to a Pro and save a few bucks? No extreme off-roading, mainly beach and simple trails. First world issues...

I have a 18 Sport Manual, and I've had little trouble keeping up. No one's had to pull me out of anything and I haven't had to use the winch yet.

Legit would like to practice recovery around people with experience. Would rather not have two people with no experience stumble through it. :ballchain:

Is Hurricane a common place to need recovery?

Are their temperature specs on the eye drops? I wonder about hot summers here in AZ if they would explode sitting in a hot car? :bananadead:
I bet it would clear up any sinus congestion though.

I have not ready any temp warnings but I'm in SoCal and not too long ago we had 95-104F, at home my car is garaged but about 8-10hr a day it gets parked outside under that sweet burning ball we call sun. I have not had any issues, I would imagine if its under direct sunlight it might be a diff story. Im also looking into getting some ceramic tinting done which would only make things better.

ummmm...also maybe Ill switch the spray/flashlight spots :rofl:my passengers tend to have more of a sinus problem so at the very least they would owe me a thank you.

That looks great. You went next level with the stitching! I thought I was patient when it came time to put these letters and decals on the pro knob

Confirmed the truck is indeed being eaten by a leaky battery. :pout:

Working now to clean the area and at least mitigate further damage. Picking up some fluid film tonight to apply tomorrow since it's way too wet/cold outside for undercoating sprays to be within spec for application, so it'll have to just be greased up until the spring.

Lesson learned: open the hood more frequently than every couple months.

Now talk to toyota about it and see what they will do for you. You have video and photo showing it. Toyota should take care of it.

Can confirm that pepper spray cans will explode in your vehicle during the dead of summer in direct sunlight. Happened to my friend (in San Fernando Valley, CA) who came back to a spicy surprise coating on the inside of her truck......

I saved this one for a week or two until I had enough patience to put the small cement lettering and decals in place. Wasn’t bad with soapy water. 88646DF3-11C1-43BF-B4A6-829DCED91721.jpg F6C696CB-4F07-4AC9-9CFF-901621F80528.jpg 5521BCB8-4CE0-4C99-9E96-D50825FB3BE2.jpg E50FDC75-8455-40FB-97E7-B40111D0C282.jpg 06444C90-F662-4540-B610-97701BD9ACE3.jpg

I miss the larger cubby in the bed of the 2nd Gen as that is where I stored my bear spray I carry for work. I won't have that stuff in the cab.

Late eighties, when field crews first started carrying bear spray, one went off in a helicopter in flight. Everybody died.
