They're trying the 670 HP package, non-offset spoiler, and a big ol' clear sharkfin on the rear decklid.

I think they had a few different packages they were testing. Although I'm not sure if the video I watched was referring to the packages they were testing yesterday or that they have tested.

Man, I hate to be a constant downer but the more I see the cars the less excited I am for them. I was on board out of the gate as the tech changes were interesting to me. The whole number deal really soured me and now, seeing them running, hearing them gargling around the track, is really putting a damper on my hopes. I'm sure grateful for dirt racing and bullring late models.

A few additions to make me feel cool.
100% agree. I think these cars on the road courses will be fun to watch but on a oval they just are not doing it for me. I guess we will see what Daytona looks like.

I think this season is going to be one of the worst in history. I hate the look of cars, not so much the body style, but the fucking number placement is horrible, nascar must be smoking some good shit. There is no reason for the change. I bet big Bill and Bill Jr are rolling over in their graves, for the way nascar has been done.

NASCAR is not dumb and change is inevitable. The Nextgen cars look different than ‘current’ and current different than previous.

The cars will perform, drivers will adapt and racing will be just as competitive, if not more, than it ever has.

For me, I’m looking forward to Nextgen!

Mars Inc., producers of M&M’s, Skittles, Snickers, and Twix, will leave NASCAR following the 2022 season. These products, particularly M&M’s, have found great success in NASCAR over the last three decades. This loss will significantly affect the sport and the stock car racing industry

JGR will force the other sponsors to carry that car. If Kyle performs then I am sure someone will take shot on him. He has had a lot of partners over the years but you know. Not exactly the face you want pushing your product. I suspect the R word was finally enough for Mars as sad as it is that this is what our world has come to. They are just to big be to aligned with anything that is not completely PC.
