Also, on an unrelated note but seeing your avatar, I'm delighted to inform you that it has 3 peddles.

Installed the Sokie Tech hood struts. They were way too easy, and didn't even take an hour to install. Very nice product. The only problem I have now is closing the hood since I'm only 5'4".

My Christmas present from the wife arrived today!
I had mentioned doing a tailgate panel this summer when we were picnicking in the mountains, but had been putting it off.
Shout out to Snail Armor also, she sent them an email with what she wanted and what file format they needed for the logo, and they sent a reply with it mocked up already.
Also took the opportunity to put on the Rok Block.

I was really tempted this afternoon when I got that email, but I want to see the new meso tail lights first. :annoyed:

Was thinking about that myself. They are good looking lights, but I can't justify the $500 difference in cost. I'll just tint the OEM's that I've got.

It's a chunk isn't it? I was shocked at the price when I first saw them! I was planning on trd pro tail lights with the stage 1 led total tails. I like the smoked out lenses vs the red ones.

The truck I bought came with the mid-level chrome tails, and honestly I'd rather have the entry-level all-reds with a good tint and bright lights, but the TRD-Pro's would look quite nice on my black truck too.

Try a cord with a weight hanging down from the hood that you can securely clip back to the hood to keep it from getting entangled in the engine.
