Still working on the home renovations. Snapped this pic yesterday lol, these beds really are useless for actual work. The shorter sticks are 8ft and the longer sticks are 12 ft.

 

Hey as long as you get back from the Depot in one piece... Can you imagine having to drive something like this?




It really is amazing what you can fit in the shortbed. I got a bed extender to haul this 13' lunk & it's come in handy a few more times since.

 

I'd really hate driving that ford everyday haha. That extender looks sweet, hopefully I'm done with the long lumber transport after this weekend.

 

Doing something similar in the past with trim, I just shoot it through the slider and hang on to it for dear life.

Have any of you upgraded your Pro springs to a 650lb/in spring like the BIL-53-291387? I have the pro shocks but have lost some height in the front with the addition of the bumper and winch

 

Some have. The Baja’s came with 650lb springs(same Bilstein shocks just different valving). Actually I remember at least one member even bumping up to 700lb Eibach springs.

 

You can bump up to Eibach 700’s and in addition do the toytec Baja spring seat spacer for a safe inch of lift. I believe someone had the set for sale. I’d do a quick search they still may be available.

 

I added the Toytec Baja spacer about a year ago which got me perfectly leveled out. Never really considered an aftermarket bumper before but ended up with one and a winch just 4 months after the spacer install which took away basically all lift the spacer provided haha

 

If you switch the springs to a 700 # you’ll get it back

I've got the Pro coilovers on my truck and picked up some of the Baja springs as well as the Toytec spacer. I lost some lift due to skids and sliders so figured between those two (springs and spacer) I figure I should have what I need to get it back to where it was.

Can anyone confirm that the Pro/Baja springs can just be swapped? I wasn't sure if there were other differences that made it not work properly (I know valving is different but I'm not too concerned about that).

I confirmed with Bilstein that this part number coil will fit the Pro shock

 

The way I’ve understood this is that the 12-14 baja and 15 pro Bilstien set ups have 650 and 700# springs. The Bilstien 6112’s are modeled after them
