Looks clean. What did you have to do in addition to the cmc to clear the 35s?

The Tacoma acquired a new squeak yesterday and last night I found this.
    20211221_141907.jpg
So today I'm welding it up. It's the frame crossmember in front of the rear axle very close to where the traction bar bolts on.

I made some money this morning and it's finally time to throw the stock leaf springs and the lift blocks in the trash. I wish I could remember which leaf spring manufacturer I wanted to avoid, it was either Deaver or Dakar... need a 3" lift and recommendations would be appreciated.

so I’m on 17x9 -12 with 1.25” spacers. 7” front lift. No CMC, pinch weld smashed, fender lowers cut. The SPCs helped a ton to center the wheels

Probably wanted to avoid Dakars. I run them and I love them besides the fact the squeak like crazy. All pro and Deaver I have head really good things about. Dakars are really solid option and probably a little cheaper. You tow a lot so id get the HD Dakar if you do it and get some leaf isolators and you wont have any issue.

Who makes this front bumper? I like the headlight loops design. Looks different then most.

I had a weird feeling clutch pedal. Like there was air in the lines. Mind you that I have bleed my lines years ago and haven’t open the lines ever since, and that my reservoir tank had clean fliuds. So I tried to bleed the system, with filthy, burned oil coming out. So I thought easy fix. My wife was pumping for me while I was opening the bleed screw. Even after the fluid was flushed and cleaned… the master wouldn’t return fully up not even half way. Then later I seen my slave leaking a bit since there was no funk in the lines, it probably remove the funk that kept things from leaking lol. So I had to replace clutch master and slave. Since I was doing it, I always wanted to removed the accumulator, which I by passed now. Clutch is back to normal and I actually can row through the gears now! I still want to adjust my clutch pedal but I’m happy that it’s back on the roads

Yesterday I stopped by my local dealer to order the lower shock bolt/nut and get a price on sway bar end links.

The lower shock bushing isn't available separately like on 1st Gen's.
The bolt part number is 90105-A0113 and the nut part number is 90178-A0058

    Clutch accumulator for sale: lol

Replaced the accumulator with a hard line and put the updated slave cylinder in. Quite the difference in drive ability for sure. Happy with the change.

I also got my third brake light on the soft topper so hopefully it’s one less thing to be harassed about during inspection which is due now.

You found a 6 ton Harbor Freight press? I was looking for a while and couldn't find one. We had to pick up a 12 ton one. Please let me know if you do find one and I will buy it off of you afterwards if you want to get rid of it.
