This video is about a 120k mile 2018 TRD Sport Access Cab 4wd with a manual and a pretty extensive mod list that had a quiet questionable life so far. Blown engine at 120k and a interior that can tell some stories.

That truck has a lot going for it, a shame it ended up that way to begin with but nice come up for this guy. Would like to see the outcome of what he does with it.

Stock wheels and suspension. Random "utilitarian" mods featured on this great forum.
I'd love for him (or someone who knows what they're doing) tear that one down to get to the damage. Found myself yelling at him to just take the grille and surround off when removing the engine. The radiator taking a nosedive and screwing up the surround made that point.

Good to see someone else from the Tri Cities on here.

Looks like a fun project. That engine noise in the second video really doesn’t sound that bad. Engine internals don’t make those sounds. That is supercharger or another accessory. My vote is on multiple stuck supercharger idler pulleys and a broken nose drive. I’ve had both of those fail on my magnuson and make similar noises. I’ve also had many water pumps and alternators over the years sound like that.

all that money put into the truck and he couldn't bother to take it to jiffy lube once every other month for an oil change?

The clattering sound when the engine was running sounded like there was a broken piston rod or two clanging around in there. I wonder if lack of routine maintenance combined with the Magnuson was the culprit for the early grave?
