    I'd guess 2 cans for one coat. I always end up going back to the store for an extra can or two on projects.

    How are you liking that 8"? IM thinking of going with a Comp RT 8" in a factory OEM JBL box i picked up but running it off an Audio Control LC4.800. Will deaden the box and poly fill it

    I'm happy with it. The lows are there and the rear view mirror shakes pretty good for one 8" woofer. I cheaped out and tried to use the high pass inputs on the amp. Wrong move, Bass roll off and inconsistent signal. So I got a LC2i from Audio Control. Just have to install it.

    thanks for the Update, starting to look for a subwoofer for my 08 DCSB trd offroad. it doesn't need to shake the truck, but i do want to be able to hear it. also the bonus is it looks like it would fit in the cubby behind seat without removing the storage area.

    Way better with this LC2i really nice highs mids and some lows, sharp thump and while the truck is running it dims the interior light a tad. Next up is a Optima battery upgrade and a small capacitor.

    Nice, thats good to hear. Sounds like a good little setup that doesnt draw too much attention but fills in whats missing in our trucks

    I built this a few weeks ago. Skar VD10s, dual 4ohm each powered by a Skar RP-1200.1. I need redo the top panel as you can see that I didn't stretch the faux leather well enough.
