They’re only 2” wheels so not much. No space is lost on the sides to bearings or a square stock guide and the sides are much thinner so drawer volume is even greater. My drawer has 1/2” ply sides and a 3/8” bottom so it’s light as well. It holds my cordless tools, 10 batteries and a dual charger plus a supply of fasteners and spare blades/bits and ratchet straps. I can still easily access both rear cubbies as well. The tool storage is organized with some 1 x 4’s on edge and the wheels and floor attach to those which keeps the floor from sagging under the weight. Basically it’s built around a lightweight frame of the dividers that hold the wheels and a skin for the drawer body. It could be done without the divider frame with either a thicker bottom or a 5th wheel in the center but I wanted dividers and designed around them. It’s not the best solution for everyone but it suits my needs for work.

    Just the basics
That is a cool heater. I don't see it in stock at slamazon right now though.

I just used 550 cord and a knot at the area that I wanted to that my window and doors open to the right position. I did this mainly because I didn't want the sharp corners of the side doors up against the awning. I liked it so much I put it on the back door too.

So I wonder if we could use it with a jackery. Don't want to have to use a loud generator

This was a fun build. Mounted the rails using custom fabricated aluminum L bracket. I sanded the ends of the wooden rail to pinch into the vertical grooves at the head of the bed. Center row has 3 inserts, outer rows also have 3 inserts. Each pop out independently and have magnets to stay in place. Most of the wood is 1 inch pine, while the 4 horizontal support members are oak. I’ve put close to 1000 lbs of rock cores on top of this set up and it holds like a champ.

You're gonna need the biggest jackery they make if you wanna use a heater that size for more than like 1/2 a night.
Heaters take a serious amount of juice

Those look like core drill sample boxes. Judging by your username, they ARE core drill sample boxes lol.

    Nice storage box too.

What? Lol. Full disclosure there may be some soil samples there too, but I’m not sure what your point is. Thanks?

You MAY feel the same about this one too. I generally have to shut it off at least once.
    Electric blankets also work well.

I realize it's a big ask but I don't trust my ARE dealers so much. If it was convenient, would you be willing to measure the opening from the inside of the gas struts to the highest point of the threshold to see what the ACTUAL opening is of your doors is? They can tell me but it's from the bed floor to the top of the opening not accounting for the struts and the gap is really close. Thank you for any info, I love your setup.

Just the vertical door opening from the bottom of the gas strut to the top of the threshold. I'm trying to see if I can roll a cart into this style door. Thanks for the quick response! Horizontal would be amazing too just for peace of mind. THANK YOU!
