That's my biggest gripe about my OEM tri-fold and tri-folds in general. You lose that bed space due to the non-folding 3rd panel. Not that big of a deal, but kind of has been for me. It is pretty easy to take off and put on if needed though. And mines a soft cover. Would rather have it hard.

    Why, thank you!

I met her in England Feb 1989...she was turning 18 on the same month! I was turning 23 in June of the same year. I'm retired USAF.

We married the following year...March 1990.

I remind her she is my life partner...and I have an obsession with my Taco. lol

Installed the Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro fog lights and aimed them. Super simple job if you take the grill off.

Anyone know if I can access the back of the center console switch panel if I take off the climate control panel just above it? I need to get at that USB port. Thanks.

Actually I think Lomax has a model where the last panel folds up. Can't recall for sure, but worth digging for/asking about.

rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
Uncoated (Anti-reflection or "tinted" are both considered coatings) glass reflects 4% of the incident light per surface. So at least an 8% loss of illumination for an inside panel. This due to the refractive index of glass (n=1.52, opposed to air and N=1)

Windshield glass is thick and laminated, so must have additional absorption loss. I would bet an additional 4-5%

And that is at normal incidence. sunlight coming in at an angle will have even greater losses.

An amp meter could provide a useful comparison.

Exactly, take the grill off and the install becomes much easier. Most videos I've seen show people accessing through the front fenders or making a big reach from up top. Aiming them is essential. Diode Dynamics makes some very bright lights.

Not today but over the last week I installed my Dometic CFX95DZ on an Alu-Cab slider, ran power and plumbed my Decked system.

Master mechanic work today. Installed the "pro" grille.

    20211222_152934.jpg

Also installed some tail lights with no chrome in them.

But, I also did this and I like it alot.

    Three pics? Yes.

It’s definitely taking some adjustment for me too. My cars since 2010 all had push to start and proximity entry. I wouldn’t go as far to say as it’s pissing me off, but it would be nice. I’ve grabbed the door handle numerous times to not have it unlock for me. Someone mentioned they can’t do it because of the clutch cancel feature.

Which I think is complete crap. You can't use the clutch cancel unless you are in the vehicle, in neutral, and have already turned it to ACC. I've seen others say it's because it's a manual which, again, is complete crap. There is no reason a manual can't have keyless start/keyless entry. One of these days I'll get annoyed enough to fix it. I'll probably fix it around the same time I fix the cruise control, PCS and get a tune.

Im sure its way different than my 1992 toyota pickup, but it had the clutch cancel and all that stuff. I put a cheap aftermarket remote start in it, but I rarely used it since I liked to leave the truck in gear.
