People had tracked down that dude's address and places of work, I'm not surprised they shut it down. Even if he's a POS that deserves it, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen

I've got all my Gameboy's in my drawer but nothing I want to play.

I can hook up the SNES, but I hate dangling cables.

Shame too because I bought a component cable that's made for my specific console; are you aware of SNES console variants that either run 1 APU, vs 1 CPU and 1 GPU? And the pinout difference that allows the transmission of signals to utilize a component cable vs being stuck with a composite setup.

They found where he worked, his address, the ex wife, the kids info, everything.

Hell, someone even posted his license that was somehow retrieved after a gun purchase or something.

 

There are some seriously capable internet sleuths out there.

I’ve seen a few on twitter where someone will post up an innocuous looking picture and say “where am I”, and people figure it out pretty quick.

I do remember how bummed I was when I moved back to the US and all my European DVDs wouldn't play in my player
