    Bought a kit of parts that had an idler pulley, belt, and the drum rollers. Was cheaper to get that than buy everything individually and since I didnt know what was wrong that seemed a safe bet to buy
    I don't have jump ring pliers so I wasn't able to replace the drum rollers. I put a little machine oil on the cake of the existing ones and moved on to the pulley.
    While I was working on that I realized that the little metal band that keeps the end of the motor in place had slipped and was sitting at an angle. Managed to get that back in place and replaced the pulley and belt. The pulley assembly was just one nut/bolt and the spring so super easy. Also noticed the new assembly has a nylon washer on either side of the wheel. The old one didn't and there wasn't any evidence that there had been one but there was a lot of play in the wheel so maybe it completely disintegrated.
    Hardest part was getting the belt wrapped back around everything during reassembly. Was just about to give up and it just slipped back on
