    I feel your pain, that's about the average amount of time that I sleep. I get up try and move around to ease my back pain. I mess around for a couple of hours and repeat, and repeat ,and repeat. On a rare occasion,I get lucky about 1 night a month and sleep for about 6-7 hours, but those are very rare.
