Wide range of prices on head bolts

I noticed a wide range of prices on head bolts, going from $14 to almost 50 for one head (8 bolts) on RockAuto.

Are they all essentially the same -- should I get the cheapest for $14 (ENGINETECH) or does it make sense to invest slightly more?

 

I think the head bolts are Torque to Yield.
I would spend the money to ensure the bolts are manufactured to the correct specifications to maintain proper clamp force.

This is a case where the extra money would be well spent.
