    Have you tried it, yet?

A local liquor store tried selling me a bottle earlier this year. I did some research online and the concensus seemed to be it was overrated for the price most places were charging. I think the local shop wanted $75 for the bottle. If I remember right, they're also one of the growing number of brands that buy their bourbon from another distillery and just age it.

Is a beautiful picture! As for not feeling like Christmas… the high was 72 here in Richmond. I was in a short sleeve shirt and even had the windows cracked in the house. Unseasonably nice, it was. Wifey even said, I can see it in your eyes that you wanna head out and play somewhere. She damn sure wasn’t wrong either.

Yup. Nice and smooooooth. :burp: I have no idea on where they get it (read: no research on it), but my kiddo, over the last few years has got into a kick of finding me a a bottle of something other than Jack Daniels.

I am by far a Connoisseur, but do like to sip on the Bourbon every now and then. What she paid for it, I have no idea.. but have told her to stop this mess and She refuses too. :D

Edit: if you were to ask me to describe it… I cannot, other than, it’s good or bad. The same with the craft beers.

I'm at my parents' place in TN, and yesterday was a record high temp for the day at 75 degrees. My parents had the front and back doors open for the better part of the day.

That's great that your daughter has taken to doing that for you. As long as you enjoy it, that's all that matters. I'm with you in that I can't usually describe things past I like it or don't, so I wasn't going to chance it.

I've been doing good just working for the most part. I traveled almost every month for work. I went on vacation to EDC: Vegas in Oct and caught the Rona. I'm getting solar at the house, but it's still not running yet. The installers have to run the system tests, and the power company needs to inspect the install before it can be connected into the house/grid.

I started buying bottles of booze for my own little home bar.

I also started collecting art and went a little nuts. :spy:  This isn't half of it. Luckily, if I ever want to sell it, I should be able to reap a nice profit.

Nice on both counts! I’m not an Art person, but can appreciate it and someone that likes it.

It's good stuff - different at least, and very smooth like Bill said. Angel's Envy was one of the first to try the secondary finishing that is becoming so popular right now. If you can get it at MSRP ($50), I think it's worth it.

When they started out they were sourcing their whiskey but have since built a really nice distillery in Louisville. I'm going back for the second time in January.

Bourbon has become an obsession for me the last few years. I was gifted a set of shelves made out of old bourbon barrel staves because I ran out of room in the liquor cabinet.

Any suggestions for alignment shops in/near Arlington? A Corolla decided to pull out from street parking right into my front wheel yesterday. It turned out much worse for them.

I’m in the same boat. All the big wig’s parking spots were empty this morning. Luckily it’s slow, for now…

Sheesh, I hope you're having insurance take a look at the truck. I had a friend in a similar situation except they swiped a back tire. A little later on his seal went and he needed a new wheel bearing, and I wouldn't have ruled out a bent axle housing either. Even on the surface if it looks minor, never hurts to have it looked over if it's on their insurances dime.

Thanks for the tips. Already have a claim in through their insurance. Fingers crossed that they will spring for a new wheel, wouldn't mind keeping this as a full size spare.
One of my tires got a pretty nasty gash in it too, I'm guessing from a piece of their frame. Will definitely be pushing for new tires with insurance as well.
I had also just come back from Peter's Mill, so it was easy to see that anything with no mud was fresh damage.
