I went in a pittsburgh parking garage with my GMC 1500 and the plastic pipe rolled on my roof going in . I went up a few levels because it was packed and parked . When I left I looked and there wasn't a single other 1500 on those levels . I take my Tacoma in the same garage and don't hit the pipe .

Will be fine, mine fits in a tight 1 car just fine stock height which is a hair taller and place was built in 80s, not all garages built equal but think there is a standard and 75" fine, more concern with the mirrors tapping so take it slow. Gen 1 fit so much better*

Edit-measure the garage door clearance and go from there, you can adjust this if you need additional room.

make sure you are paying attention to all clearances, not just the roof. I was dumb and didn't look up from my backup camera in a garage in downtown Cincinnati. Got out of my one month old truck and about had a heart attack when I saw this.

I doubt a mouse fart would squeeze in between there. :rofl:Which tonneau is that by the way?

Nailed it. Immediately following that gut wrenching feeling would have been a look in all directions and a smug "just as I planned it" smile.

Can you guarantee that the floor in the garage is level? It may be rated for 6’3” but that’s possibly an average. Also it may be 6’3” but what about the approach? If you’re coming down into the garage from a slope you’ll be much higher until the back wheels are off the slope. I would have a friend walk outside the truck as you slowly approach moving to your parking spot for the first time.
