Prolly one of the better looking dorkles.
    Relative of course, and subjective.

    I’ll see myself out.

My wife doesn't like snorkels or roof racks. I see purpose for both. My truck has neither.

My wife gets the nod for the dorkle term. I don’t hate the overall look of them.

I would definitely say my view on their purpose, or practicality rather, might be more narrow than others.

Fortunately our money and opinions build our own trucks and not each other’s

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Being that I have hydro locked both a truck and one of my ATVs, I opt for the cheap plastic hose!

Not sure if I mentioned this, but my first TRD Pro was a white one.

You comprise the 1% of Tacoma owners that might actually need most of the mods you’ve done.

Man, back in my days working a gun counter, I could only ever recommend their wheel guns. If someone really wanted one of their semi-autos I’d tell them two things:
    1) Set aside about an hour to clean off the gallon of shipping oil they dunked the gun in
    2) I hope you have good luck at casinos, because half of these I sell never come back one, the other half I practically have a standing appointment with

Personally I own two Taurus guns, a stainless 357 and a 1911. The 357 was dirt cheap and has been good (knock on wood), but that 1911 has had the slide/upper internals and stainless barrel all be replaced under defect warranty. The finish is also bad, I need to eventually find someone who can Cerakote it for a reasonable price.

The tx22 is probably the only gun Taurus did right. Read some reviews on it. Haven't read a bad thing yet. Eats everything, come with a treaded barrel, accurate, and not expensive. Like most I too question anything Taurus puts out, but this one seems to be different.

Word. I don’t own in Taurus, I shot a couple and they felt like a 2x4 in my hand. But like you said, if it runs it then gun it.
I was about to buy a Mosquito when it came out..then watched my buddies choke up on almost everything he put in it.
We all get one eventually that is finicky. My KelTec PMR30 can be a turd

I've had a Mosquito before. Also had a p229 in 22lr. Both were okay but were picky about ammo. That's really starting to be my bar when it comes to 22lr. If it eats all brands its good with me. I had a taurus 24/7 when they first came out back in 2007ish. Good gun, just sold it for something else. (I didn't shoot it enough for it to disappoint me) Only Taurus I own now is a 38 special I got from my grandpa. Shot it once and it just sits. (i'm just not a snub nose 38 guy). I like high end stuff as much as the next guy but I don't see myself ever spending big bucks on a 22 pistol as long as the lower tier option will run well and from what I've read everywhere, the tx22 seems to fit that bill. (I hope at least) If not, I'll spend the $250 extra and buy a Rugar Mk IV 22/45 and try that out.
