I'm new here and just came upon this, don't even have my Tacoma yet.
I have bikes that need both boost and 100mm.
Any way to do both on the same unit?
Looking at your unit, if it were threaded 10mm longer maybe it could serve both uses? (If there is 10mm behind it)
Or, if that step at the handle was 10mn deep and between 9 and 15 mm in diameter it could function for both?
    Just spitballin' here.
Will definitely be looking to get a pair once I have my truck.

I would think just get the 110mm Boost one and when you use the 100mm standard, just let there be some slop in it? or find a 10mm spacer? Or make a special order and get the 100mm and 100mm boost. Threads are the same, aren't they?

So as it stands now, we've been doing separate axles for 100mm, 110mm and 150mm. i could probably knock you out a little 10mm spacer that slips over the handle side of the axle to use for your non-boost stuff if you'd like. DM me and we'll work it out =)

i've got 2 sets of 2.5 spacers built for @BattleKat and @calzonical, they just need powder coat and waiting on longer hardware from the supplier. i'll try and do a few more sets of 2.5 once the rest of the stuff gets here. also have some 1" spacers built that i'll PC when i do the big ones... so anyone wanting 1" spacers let me know as well via DM.

Lastly, i have stuff here for 150mm axles for snow bikes finally, after some serious supply issues. so anyone wanting a snow bike setup, DM me and we'll get you one worked out. i'm going to try and have them on the website in the next week, but if you order a 100mm or 110mm setup and specify via DM that you want 150 i can work that out manually for now!

Another question about the 100mm axles, what's the diameter of the axle? I'm thinking about using it for road bikes which are 9mm QR.

all axles are currently 10mm axles, so i don't think these will work for your application @Rumpled .

Thanks for the reply. When I get a truck I will probably still get this for my MTB. Then maybe I'll look into other mods to fit.

Installed 2x boost Wheel Deals today. The fit and finish on these is fantastic. I'm pretty picky when it comes to modifications and these absolutely receive my seal of approval. Appreciate you making these for the platform

well look at that, Ford has its own standard for anchors. interesting!

what's the distance from the bottom of the bed floor to the bottom bolts and top bolts to mount to the boxlink? that could be doable :)

I just ran across this - what a great idea and much better than leaning the front wheel against the side of the topper.

Random question for you - the crossbar that stretches between the two bed D-rings in the photos you posted - where did you get that? I haven't been able to find a pre-made crossbar that is made to mount to those!

I’ll get some photos and measurements. Box link is very different from Toyota’s system.

i knocked that up for @R4D4G4ST a couple of years ago. It's using the RockyMounts setup to allow for different size/length axles for the 4 possible bikes he'd be hauling. That rack and the WheelDeal go together like peas n carrots, don't ya think?

it's using the "mini stiffy" bed stiffeners to interface with those bed anchors. Bringing a similar design to market is on my todo list for this year, but i haven't gotten around to it yet.

Will be placing my order once I figure out if I’ll need any spacers for my new shell. I really like the spacer tapped for axle storage!
