Lubricate then twist and pull and twist and pull and swear and twist and pull then walk away, swear some more, then come back and twist and pull and twist and pull, then it will come off. Ask me how I know.

Tough to answer for others, but I have a practical outlook; if you use it to keep ready for a quick get out the door with essentials like recovery gear or what ever you keep for the trail/camp it looks great. If not it may be more practical to use the same approach you voiced for the RTT…pull it out when needed. I’m sure most think it looks cleaner without the case, but many appreciate the utility of the setup and find it attractive. I would keep it.

I have to ask, what is the light (assumption) on the passenger side of your newly acquired rack?

Overall, truck looks great. Is it a daily driver? Then I wouldn't want to drive around with all that crap on top etc. If I only use it for weekends or adventures then I would prob leave it on. If all I did was random drives around town during the week and didn't go far I would prob leave it on as long as it fit in my garage etc.

Washed and waxed yesterday. Will post some pics once the rain moves out and I'm not afraid of getting it dirty again.

Got a night shot? Looks badass!!
And I like that bumper! Deciding between that and the CBI. Do you like it so far?

That's a horrible idea. What time?
I have the Raingler loft, and love it. Right now with the cooler weather, a jacket and flannel shirt are up there as well as a rain hat. The only think I wish I had were some of the strings to hold stuff in place. I had some of it come down in the passenger seat on a trail a few weeks back. I have to re-take some pics, mine came out too dark to see much.

Decided to do something a little different for some sliders I refinished for the Army Green Tacoma. Pretty happy with how they turned out but still waiting on new hardware to attach the step plates. Caliraised 0 degree sliders for a DCLB.

Got my suspension back from ADS with the new ultra-soft-sissy-lala revalve tune and I am stokeeeeedddd! It rides sooooooo much better. Top notch service from the guys over @ ADS!

Still all the feedback you could want from the suspension but in a non-teeth-shattering way. Similar to the stock O/R feel but upgraded in every way. Super pleased with the service I received from ADS. This was now worth the 4 month wait for these.

It has a lot more usable space than the one from Blue Ridge. I ordered it for the trip west, but it didn't arrive in time. It does add a lot of space for storage. We could easily get our jackets and a little more up there had I had it in time for the trip. May have eliminated a suitcase on a two week journey.

Done a few days ago, but added a Body Armor hiline bumper, smittybilt x20 10k winch and a Rough Country Black Series led bar with amber DRLs.

I purchased the same, just haven't had a chance to install. Any advice when putting it on?

Kinda like xs t shirts cost the same as much as xl?! What I’m saying is it the process not so much the material. But that material is nice as well though.

Yes, had them Cerakoted black when I ordered them. They got sent back with only about 150 miles on the setup though, were way too stiff for me. Custom valve is my jam.

Debated powdering the springs too, but thought it might be too much.
