    Could you use the default color for text? Blue tends not to work well with the dark browser style. If you leave it as the default, regardless of the style, your text will work well.

    Thanks.

    I've got a pair of shocks with extra springs for sale. They are older and brand new. Can't tell you what brand they are. I bought them and only needed one for an upgrade to some racing sim pedals I have. Never got around to doing the mod. I think they are blue anodized.
    edit: They are not blue. I believe these are the shocks. https://cayman.desertcart.com/produ...-dampers-spring-e0540-e0530-e0563-e0557-tower

    I've actually never had one. Not sure why but I just never had the urge to buy one. I think when the 1/10 truggies came out, I felt like I didn't need the short course, since they sort of serve the same purpose. I pretty much have everything but that lol. 2wd 17.5 buggy, 2wd mod buggy, 4wd 13.5 buggy, 1/8 buggy, mini buggy, 4wd 1/10 truggy, 4wd 1/8 truggy.

    Painting 1 body at a time is a waste for me as I ruin them... From now on I'll hold on til I have at least 2 or 3 to do. If I only have 1 I will rush something and make a mistake or just lay it down heavy to be done.... With a couple it makes it worthwhile to take your time and allow coats to dry without laying it to heavy. Also working on another while one dries is better than watching it dry

    Do you still paint? What was your setup and what kind of paints did you prefer? I've got an Iwata hp-bcs and a box of parma faskolor paint/ bitty design liquid mask waiting for when the weather warms up. I've never airbrushed before, so I'm expecting a steep learning curve.

    Those look great. I never got into fancy paint for my cars, but I certainly appreciate how cool they look.

    I dont paint anymore. It started out as a hobby then people started asking me to paint for then and it became a job so I lost interest. I just used to use cheap iwata neo air brushes. Never really got anything fancy. My last body I used the bitty design liquid mask and it was fine. I used different brands of paint depending on the colors. For candy's I used spazstix I've used createx, and faskolor for regular opaque colors.

    Group buy!

    Just kidding. But I understand what you mean when you say "it became a job".

    Lol yeah I started out just painting for myself cuz I didn't want to pay $100 a body for paint. Then eventually I'd leave the track with 2-5 bodies every time I went and it made it not fun anymore. Then people wanted me to "sponsor" them and "hook them up" and it just made me lose interest in all of it.

    Another update. I added some breaks. They are only on the rear wheels but most of the weight is on those anyway so it doesn't really matter too much.

    The breaks aren't really need on regular road driving but will be helpful going down real steep hills off road. I didn't try to calculate any breaking force when I was designing them. I just had a general idea in my head and went for it. I'm really surprised by the breaking force. Even with a trailer weight of 40lbs, I'm pretty sure I can lock up the wheels at any speed.

    :::Edit:::
    I did the math, it's around 300lbs of breaking pressure per wheel. So it's gonna lock up.

    If anyone wants some stadium truck bodies to paint on, I have several still in the bags. Just cover shipping and I'll mail them out.
    Edit: and the 2 pre-painted I forgot about til I saw the pic.

    Does anybody race oval? Clay or carpet? Indoor or out? My aon(14) is just getting into it and having the time of his life, 12t mudboss so far but a friend is letting him run 12th scale rubber tire truck this weekend in utica n.y. they have an exact replica track as snowbirds. They are using this as warmup for northeasterners.
