3rd Gen SR5 4x4 Mods

Interested in hearing about mods anyone has made to their 3rd Gen Tacoma 4x4 SR5 (TRD mods are ok too )

If you like chrome, you could get the chrome fog bezels from the Limited. You could also get the grill from a 20+ Limited or Trail special edition. The grill looks exactly like the one you have now except it's a matte like silver finish instead of black.

You could also get some silver 17" wheels from a SR5 4Runner.

Edit you could also get the chrome 18" wheel from the 2nd gen Limited, chrome bumper caps from a 3rd gen OR, and the chrome trimmed tail lights from the 20+ TRDs

Well damn, I forgot the SR5 already has a chrome bumper.

I doubt if any one makes this, but if you could get a TRD Pro style door bage. That says SR5 Tacoma in chrome that would be unique.

 

I down-graded my tail lights to the SR style. I don't like the darker look on the SR5's tail light and, as a bonus, I discovered the chrome theme on the rear bumper cover is carried over to the SR tail light as you can see in the pic. Of course I know it's still "one man's junk is another man's treasure." But, I like the effect.
