In the western part of the state we have a dry window until the afternoon. I am waiting for daylight so that I can take the dog for her walk to do her business. The older I get the less I want to drive in snow, but these continuous rainy days this time of year are wreaking havoc on my sinuses and making my daily walks with my dog a challenge. Even my poor little dog is suffering from sinus congestion. :(

Didn't get anything but rain yesterday. Probably because I parked the truck inside. If I'd have left it out we'd have 6".

What can I say, except, you're welcome!

Awesome man and a great move, way too wild in Chester nowadays and GV is a great choice.

mind if I reach out to you once I pick up my truck to maybe have you install it? How much do you usually charge if you don’t mind me asking?

Morning all! Drive in to work at 6 this morning was treacherous. Overpass near my house didn't look bad until about halfway across when I got sideways sliding and blocking both lanes. Fortunately no oncoming traffic at that hour. Interstate was okay but exit ramp was a little slick and the next overpass was just the same as the first one I'd had to cross. This time though I got to see the truck behind me doing the same dance in my mirrors as we both got crossed up and sliding. I don't remember the last time I had that experience. I know how bridges and overpasses can ice up but first time in 20 years of driving this same route to work I've had to deal with it.

    Be careful out there!

Yeah man, shoot me a DM when you get the truck and we'll get something set up.

I usually charge $350 for an install if I'm doing all the work; some beer for the shop if you're borrowing tools.

I've had that experience once or twice although I didn't have any pants-staining moments. Craziest one I ever saw was on US 202 north of West Chester; coming back from the airport late one rainy winter's night in my old MGB, crested a hill and saw a car off the road and halfway down the embankment. We figured we could help so I started slowing down -- oops. The south side of that hill was just wet but the entire north side was a sheet of ice. We managed to get onto the shoulder and keep control that way, then helped get the stranded car back to the highway even as another 4 or 5 cars crested the hill and promptly lost control, spinning around and around, bouncing off the guardrail splattering bits of headlight and whatnot. Real lucky to get out of that one unscathed.

Been there in my old VW Vanagon Syncro. We were on our way out to shoot and the weather was deteriorating so we decided to turn around. The same road/hill we had driven up literally a few minutes earlier had changed from wet to black ice. Heading down the hill and slowing for a left turn and the ride began. Lucky to keep it off the guard rail. Also went to reverse and scooted up a nearby drive before the next guy in line took the same trip.

Going back down in tire size. Ordering new tires now. Going back to the general grabbers. 265 70 17. I got 40k out of them before I went to the 255. Had a bad alignment on the truck ruined the tires I have on now.

I want to add led reverse lights to the back and rear sides of my trailer. Question is which pin on the factory 7 pin connector (2013 Tacoma) do I hook and splice my trailer plug to connect to? Which pin on the truck side is for the reverse light so I can match it to the trailer plug pin?
