    First time posting on TW,
So I neglected to notice the uneven wear going on, on my front tires. The inside thread is nearly gone. And the tires are 1 year old and have been rotated once since. Any mechanics in the ri/ma/ct area that can take a look at it, and tell me what I need. I’m not mechanic oriented so I’m not able to fix myself.

    Pictures?
Only rotated once in a year? You should rotate every 5k miles

Make an appointment with an alignment shop.

When the alignment is corrected, then you'll need new rubber.

you neglected your tires. Did you neglect your alignment after the 6" lift?

    Welcome aboard

+1 for getting alignment. These trucks are extremely sensitive to front end changes, if you changed tire size or suspension geometry at all definitely bring it in to have the alignment checked.

So I have less than 10k miles on them, and the shop that put them on did an alignment when they were put on last February 2020 everything came back in the green (not sure if that helps).

Sounds like too much negative camber or the toe is out of spec.

An alignment shop will be the best way to get that sorted.

If they only did one alignment after altering the suspension that much, it will not be enough. Took 3x having my truck on and off the alignment rack to get it dialed.

That tire wear screams alignment issue though.

How much lift are you running? You may need aftermarket UCA's to help get you back in spec.

Those appear to be mud terrains which will wear out a lot faster than normal tires as well.

Hopefully you got new tires for Xmas because those are toast.

That's 10k? Even the outside doesn't look that great. Have the alignment rechecked. Something is way off, even though you skipped a rotation.

Based upon the fact that the tire is cone shaped now it will likely be a toe issue. It appears your tires are slightly toe'd out. What happens with our trucks is they toe out going down the road so a little bit of toe in helps in most situations. Putting wider and lower offset wheels increases the leverage and causes the toe change to become even higher. Just because your alignment is in the "green" it doesn't mean it has been done correctly or are the right spec's for your particular truck.

Yeah.. if you're running that much lift you definitely need aftermarket uca's (upper control arms). They look stock from the pic. They're recommended for all lifts over ~2" on the third gen.

I threw in JBA HD's with my ADS 2.5" lift and had no issues getting the increase castor I needed along with perfect specs for the camber and toe.
