    Stopped by to look at truck and drop off some parts today, its lookin good. Tim and I figured out the cause and solution to my problem, and i ordered new tapered shafts from ECGS, chase is really the man. My truck should be fully operational come end of Jan, just over a year from drop off.

    So turns out the reason my axle siezed was due to a combination of incorrect spindles and incorrect shafts. The spindles that were shipped only had an ID of 1.52, and the shafts are 1.5 all the way through with cut splines, obviously not enough clearance.

    I have since received the correct spindles, and ordered a set of necked down shafts from ECGS.

    Limit straps are on, and CV has been installed in my steering linkage.


    Truck should be on the road shortly. Today isthe 1 year anniversary of my truck going into the shop.
