I don't have any direct experience with either of those saws.
And it looks like getting some useful specs on the motors will require a bit of digging.

Why does that matter? ...(I hear you asking)
Because the motor is the single most important component.
I spent many years trimming houses and doing the incidental deck from time to time on new home construction.
I burned through (literally) several portable direct drive table saws.
All of them 15 amp, blah blah blah (so what).

OTOH, my Delta Contractor's Saw, which is 30-odd years old, is still going strong in my shop.
It has a capacitor start induction motor.
It is belt drive (the belt is a common automotive type belt).
The motor is hinged on its mounting so the weight of it applies proper tension on the belt.
You can bog down the saw, trip the cutoff on the motor, even trip a breaker on the power supply, but it won't burn out.

Though 10 years ago, a capacitor went out and it was such a pain finding data on obsolete Delta motors...
...that I hot wired it.
Still works, but the startup is a bit more...hmmm... abrupt.

Mind you, my experience may no longer apply...tech moves on.

If I had to choose, however, on the basis of limited information...
I'd get the Ridgid.
The Ridgid miter saw I used for my last 8 years or so of subcontracting is the best one I ever had.
