Shop Time w/T.W. Friends

I use the heck out of mine. I bought a kit that was like $30 at Menards. They're handy for building all sorts of things.

 

I think swiss miss has some too.

 

Self checkout -- hate the thing.

 

My Kroger grocery store is one of the last to have more check outs than self checkouts. They are also the only one that I know of that has baggers. Most of the baggers are learning disabilities persons. They always remember us and always thank us for using the check out isles.

 

I like self checkouts. Keeps me from having to make conversation with the cashier.

 

I always pick the line with the prettiest cashier.

 

Thats why they were by themselves

 

Our Winn-Dixie took out all the self check outs, I use them then tell my wife I’m taking my break after this

 

Had 2 idiots the other day infront of me...2 open checkouts...they are just looking at them...i was just about to say something then they figured out no one was going to tell them a checkout was open then they finally moved up. One took her sweet time, the other locked up the checkout with some item that had no bar code. Both were together.

Its like they never used a debit card, or cash....ever.

 

This is my go to when there are no self checkouts. I either go for the prettiest cashier, or a dude my age.

I might have walked in front of them and played the "me dumb man" card.

My pet peeve is people who manage block the entire aisle, generally two of them obliviously lumbering along feeling no need to hurry. However I suppose being oblivious doesn't necessarily equate to the intent of being rude.

BUT, why when they come to a larger aisle do they feel the need to spread out and fill up the new larger space -- blocking anyone who actually has something to do with their day from passing...

Im telling you they are the same people going 45 in 65 in the passing lane..

 

The same ones who use an on ramp to cruise rather than get up to speed....

 

Ive seen someone stop on an on ramp. I almost rearended the gal. Swerved and laid on the horn

 

I think that is normal!

Though The Female counter person at Advanced Auto always has a line the other guys just stand around saying " J can help you here " i did hear She became a Manager at another branch now that store is really dead go figure

 

OOPs I thought grocery Shopping was a timed event so I always try and beat my own times.

People have learned to stay out of my way.

The store managers have learned to not put up displays on blind corners really amazing how far things can fly with a solid hit.
