    I never have to set an alarm, but I do. If I set it for 4am, I will be up at 3:55 staring at the clock. My wife hates it because she likes to sleep up to her alarm and even on vacation, I am up before the sun. I spent 25 years waking up so early that my body doesn't know how to sleep in.
