Yep, got to drop the transmission down to get at the clutch.

 

You can get a good look inside the combustion chamber here; Again, this is a 2-stroke, which in case anybody reading this doesn't know means the oil and gas are mixed together in the fuel tank, and this process has to be repeated whenever a refuel is needed...

Again, when my friend's kid told me the engine was seized, I was expecting to find a thoroughly fried engine when I opened this thing up; Just look how clean it is!

 

No wonder it's $1,700!

 

This was at Gwyn's early today; She recently got two rabbits from somebody who couldn't take care of them anymore...

Both rabbits live in a hutch in the backyard, and the backyard is totally fenced in so they roam freely; I couldn't catch one rabbit, but this guy didn't run away and let me pick him up after I talked to him calmly (though he was still a bit freaked out until I cuddled him and brought him into the house)...

 

Gwyn said I could have him, but my parents weren't keen on it; I am going to research rabbits a bit more and see if I can change their minds...

 

Gwyn even says he's toilet trained; What's not to love?!?!

 

They usually end up having Carb or Coil issues. The Carb started acting up on my 10-year-old weed whacker right at the very end of the season this year so I picked up a new one last week.

 

I just scrapped a weedwacker today...

I’ve done 4 clutches on 3 trucks and its not the easiest thing, but it is doable for a competent home wrencher with some help.

The biggest pain in the butt are the top bolts that you have to bear hug the transmission with a crazy mess of extensions and pivot attachments in order to get loose, then getting everything lined up on the way back in is hard.

I dread it every time, so much that’s why I paid the last time. But it was cold and I don’t have a garage so I said

 

If it's not basic maintenance or work on the stereo system, I'm pretty much

I have never had a problem with the two top bell housing bolts I don`t understand how others do

the wiring harness on the top right side is more of a pain for me '

 

The mother of a friend of ours had to switch nursing homes because of a financial situation, and Gwyn and I went over to help clear the room out; This epic gingerbread house was on display in the lobby!
