    Hey guys,
I took my truck in for an inspection today and my SA told me there’s a service campaign for the 3rd brake light. Problem is, mine has a crack in it. I never noticed till today, but my headliner has light staining. I think you all know where I’m going with this. She told me they can’t address the service campaign till the lamp is replaced. Obviously, no one will be able to tell if the leak came from the original seal or the crack. Can anyone give me advice on this?

    Thanks

Also, I have no clue when the assembly cracked. It could have been day one or yesterday. It’s not very noticeable.

Is it under warranty? Maybe get another opinion from a different dealer...

Yeah, it’s still under warranty. I doubt that a broken light is covered under warranty though.

No clue, it could’ve been like that for years
