    It’s a Vortex generator, that along with the ones on the sides of the taillights gives you .025 more MPG to help offset the 7MPG loss you suffer when you fit a Prinsu Rack with a Pelican Case on it, purely for looks.

    There is another really good FLT vid, talking to the engineer on the new Tundra.

    Starts talking aero around 37 minutes, specifically talks little fin pieces at 40:35, but honestly the whole video is worth super interesting and worth a watch.
