    Ahh ok.. Then you don't need a banjo bolt. Get both calipers to match. Paint them once you get it sorted out. They will rust before your eyes.

    I still haven’t figured out how to put the rack back.

    there's a few around.

    Apparently the pre-09 4 cylinders are prone to burning oil, which is my least favorite thing to deal with. Neither of the nissan or the taco burn any, would drive me nuts to have to start dealing with that.

    Yeah I wish they kept the V6 option in the later gens. We have a 2013 RAV4 with the 4 angry gerbils, it's a little boring to drive lol.

    Yeah we were test driving them for my mom last week. Ended testing a 2018 rav4 limited with the 4 cylinder right after a 2019 outback with the 3.6

    Wasn't even close. The 3.6 was smoother and made that thing really scoot.

    I'd return it just for the fact that those cups look terrible. One is nice and shiny and the other is pitted cast.

    @treyus30

    I had to return two before everything was right. Finally, they found a match at a store 25 miles away. I just drove there to cut down on the time it was taking to get it sorted out. Seemed like the store clerks were oblivious to the differences. I finally just said fuck it and drove to the next county to get one.

    I'll go back now before they close. Maybe they can source a new one by tomorrow.

    I would get a matched set without any visual issues. They'll make it good. I've been very happy with mine. I didn't paint mine at the beginning when I should have.

    Have the back seats in the outback gotten better? I remember them being awful ca 2005.

    That Rav4 looks really nice for the money. Apart from the mileage it looks like a $10k+ car to me.

    Ya they felt pretty good. Plenty of space for me. It had the touring package, so it was probably extra cushy.

    Long gone are my audiophile days; been rocking my stock speakers without any oomph so added this little sub finally.

    Plus it's the only one that fits underneath the seat that isn't a crappy Wally world setup -

    It's amazing how easy it is to take these vehicles apart; 5 minutes in and I can rip the whole center out.
