    A bunch of junk

Don't cry little buddy, I bought one. I have a song for it too... it goes "my paper towel hol-der my paper towel hol-der, don't ask how much it cost" it has a catchy rhythm in person.

Would you please share with us the Toyota part number and a picture of what it looks like behind the radiator?

Thanks to the generosity of this awesome TW member, we met up and I scooped up this start button last night. I'm so stoked. It's one of those items I never thought I'd be able to get for the truck. Thank you so much Troy!

By far the easiest and best mounting method IMO. I put the metal on the outside of the case and it holds just fine. Actually, I got whatever the upgraded version is with the stronger magnets, but if I recall I previously owned the normal one and it did okay. But yes, I definitely had to put that metal piece on the outside of even thin cases. I rock an S21 Ultra that's a heavy boi with a simple silicone Spigen case.

Absolutely hated the idea of those other mounts that grab your phone like a claw. I used one temporarily and it's just the most annoying thing to have to slide your phone in perfectly and manipulate it a certain way to remove it. The Scosche mount was the best thing I ever found. I also bought one of those cool "etsy" style mounts that clips in to the dash and is similar to the Scosche mount, but it did not go over as far as I wanted it to closer to the steering wheel. So that was useless for me too. My whole thing was out of the way of the head unit, not obstructing view, and not protruding so far towards you that you hit it just trying to reach for the turn signals. The Scosche mount does all that and all I did was replace the 3M tape with the "extreme" stuff. Never had this thing work in previous vehicles and always ended up using screws, but the taco has the perfect spot for it. Super happy here.

Just put on the Cali Raised front skid plate. I painted it this silver/grey color and think it turned out good.

67 Designs phone holder installed. Very happy with component quality, will probably go wheeling this weekend to test how well it holds the phone

Yes, as the saying goes, “practice makes perfect”. Creating those neural pathways through repetition can make or break you in any situation.
I can’t speak for the officer in the still, but if memory serves me correctly, rounds are coming his way. It wasn’t a one way event.
My point was simply if it works for you and you’re proficient at it, then fine. Look at shooters like JJ Racaza, Hwansik Kim, Bob Vogel, Steve Anderson, Young Lee, Jessica Hook, Julie Galob etc. All masters at shooting and all doing it a little different, from grip, practice to movement. Different but damn good .

Absolutely, we are responsible for achieving greatness, whatever that means to the individual. I suspect the agency he works for does the minimum required qualifications per year.
