My biggest mistake when I bought mine was believing I wouldn't need the extended warranty. Fit and finish was on par with a truck. I never had it off road (imagine that) but towed with it. If something major occurs in regard to parts or systems failing, I get biased quick. So far, besides the fuel tank pump recall and the tranny hunting, I've been happy. The tranny thing can be easily fixed but on my own dime.

I like the Power Wagon. I especially like the older ones. I heard there's a Bronco version with a lot of goodies already on it. Jeep too. Seems a lot of what people want instead of need is making it's way to these vehicles before the showrooms.

I'm excited to see what the future holds. I've been saying for years that I'd drive a all electric truck. Deb and I both agree that we will seriously consider trading the Lex for the 24' FJ Cruiser.

 

What's next? Rivian? If I had the money..........

I run the same year round. Bosch Icon. Never had any problems in the winter up here Brother.

Any luck with figuring out the problem?

 

I tried RainX fluid once. My go to is equal parts regular blue, and RainX 2 in 1. Something about diluting it makes it better, for me.

That's very possible, however I've had several times where my officers have had to respond to a city scene just to do an accident write up because BPD's cars don't have printers or laptops at times. God forbid we ever need a medic on one of our roadways in the city area, I'll end up on hold just for them to tell me to call myself because its on 95.

 

Had a call one time from tunnel patrol for an MVC. Told us 895 at Anne Arundel line. He was in Halethorpe near Guiness on 895. So close.

 

Also doesn't surprise me, we have some officers with no sense on direction.

 

Oh wow. Sounds like it's much deeper than just some policies and leadership than.

 

Yea I also think they suffer from too much demand that leads to not enough training.
