    2nd time this month that I called my pharmacy to get my meds refilled, only to hear a recorded message telling me the pharmacy is closed. CVS seems to have an ongoing problem with staffing. So I'm headed there today after I call to make sure that they will be open. Couldn't imagine having heart meds that you can't pickup because they're closed. I've contacted corporate about this, but let's be honest, do they really care, I doubt it.

    What really pisses me off, is that Walgreens bought out Rite Aid, who I used for 10 years and never had a problem.

    I forgot, ya'll have a great Friday for those of you still having to work for a living.

    Can confirm that many CVS customers are looking elsewhere.
    The small family owned pharmacy I delivered for has gained a lot of former CVS customers.
    Mrs Gritto is still working as a clerk there and hears the complaints every day.
    It's a big pain in the ass for the customer to change over, so this is a serious issue.
    The customer has to do a complete new profile with insurance/medicare info, has to get his/her doctor to redirect the scripts...
    ...etc, etc.

    Staffing issues are a big part of it, but not the only problem.
