Did a quick skim through and didn’t see anything, but has anyone been able to use a diode designs light bar with this bumper?

Posted these questions in the SSO black friday deal thread and didn't get any feedback, hoping to get a some here. I'm interested in this bumper and time is running out, hoping to get a few questions answered before I pull the trigger on this.

What is an easy winch to install with the SSO Hybrid Slimline bumper? I'm trying to avoid cutting supports (21 TRD OR). I was looking at the Warn VR EVO 10-S and the Smittybilt X20 Comp. I heard the Warn control box could be relocated but I have no clue how or where that would happen. Looks like the Smitty wouldn't need any relocating.

My Taco is frequently parked out in public, I get the impression I should probably avoid getting the winch access holes, does that sound correct?

Has anyone had any issues with the lack of frame support brackets on this bumper?

I'm running an OEM Lift kit on my Taco, does anyone know how much I should expect the front to drop?

I appreciate any input, thank you!

I'm running the X20 -- fits perfect, the X20 has 2 mounting locations, one in the middle and the other off to the side. If you adjust it to the side location it fits with no additional adjustment needed.

TBH no idea on winch access holes - ive got them and doesnt seem too bad but i could get the argument against htem if you park in the elements.

regarding lack of frame supports - i dont think that matters as much because this is honestly a very light weight bumper. I think frame supports would be more important if you are running a huge heavy steel bumper up front.

Confirm the X20 fits fine. I went with no cutouts because it's pretty easy to reach down behind the grille and switch the clutch lever.

Do you have to relocate the control pack for the Warn VR EVO 10-S winch?

Yes, you need to either relocate it or cut the brace.

Anybody recommend a relocation kit with bracket?
Or anything specific I should be looking for?

I put my relocation together on my own. But it really depends how handy or how much interest you have in making one. My real goal was to minimize blocking airflow to my radiator. However, I like messing around with stuff.

But the kit mentioned above seems to have minimum impact to the radiator but would case me to ditch my bumper light.

Just FYI. I ordered this kit last week and was told it's backorderd 1-3 weeks. So maybe give them a call before driving over.

Yea it was a nice benefit but the relocation was done for functional purposes. For me that was ease of access to the controller box and moving it out of the elements. And as I mentioned above... I am a tinkerer
