It looks to me tighten every bolt you see and a few that are hidden.it is amazing the truck holds together with all these bolts that might need tightening. Happy new year! Thanks you TW for keeping all this info together

Without sounding snarky- If you weren't certain your truck was assembly correctly, why buy?
I'd just maintain per the owner's manual, and if Ricky-Ratchet forgot a bolt, well that's what the factory warranty is for. Life is too short.

The prop shaft tighten suggestions are old suggestions that Toyota carried over from the 80s-90s.

Honestly don't stress it, they just leave it on for maintenance menus.

As for accessibility, youre thinking of the prop shaft grease, which your model doesn't use.

Lubricate Propeller Shaft - I have been told there is no way to do this on the 21 Tacoma. Is this true?

The later models DO NOT have zerk fittings in order to do this.

If there are no Zerks, the only way to line them is to replace them.

While I don’t the answer as to why they are no longer greasable.
I can only assume, which is “A sealed joint is better than serviceable joint that is never serviced”

There are a couple words that I highlighted, in your text that have make wondering, are any of the listed components loose, rattling, falling off or missing? If the answer is 'No', then it doesn't sound like this is necessary, as stated in your text.
